Eligibility for Refunds

  • We accept refund requests only for items that arrive damaged or defective.
  • To be eligible, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item, along with clear photos and a brief explanation.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging and unused condition.

How to Request a Refund

  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
  3. If approved, we’ll issue a full refund or a replacement, based on your preference.
  4. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Products that were used, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Orders returned without prior approval

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If a return is approved, you may be responsible for return shipping unless the item was received damaged.
